This is the most detailed survey report available and will provide a full picture of a property’s condition. It is recommended for older houses particularly if they are in a poorer condition and require improvements and repairs.

With a Home Survey Level 3 Report you will find information concerning the construction of the building, the materials used together with major or minor defects. The report can also include estimate costs of repairs for remedial works and improvements.
