If you are an Adjoining Owner who has received a Party Wall Notice from a neighbour detailing works to be undertaken, we can respond on your behalf and advise in connection with the works proposed and how they may affect your property. You should note that all the fees in this case are paid by the Building Owner who is doing the works.
